DutchExpats always carry out recruitment & selection assignments on the basis of no cure no pay!
There will be no charges for searches that fail to find a successful candidate. A successful placement is classified as when the client concludes an employment contract with a candidate proposed by (a business unit of) the Search & Co Group.
- No exclusivity - Except for under exceptional conditions, we never request exclusivity. This also means that we will not conclude a contract with the client regarding the search. Our general terms and conditions apply to recruitment and selection assignments.
- Proposing candidates - Suitable candidates are proposed to the client by email. A proposal consists of the candidate’s resume plus an outline of his or her experience, motivation and background. This proposal also gives an indication of the salary the candidate expects and the candidate’s availability. Based on the proposal, you decide which of the candidates should be interviewed. Our candidate selection process is extremely thorough. Before proposing candidates, we interview them, and if desired also check their references. During the procedure, we assess their expertise and experience, and aspects such as personality, interpersonal skills and advisory skills.
- Trial period scheme - We operate a trial period scheme for recruitment & selection assignments. Should one of our selected candidates fail to complete his/her trial period satisfactorily, we will find a replacement at no extra cost. If we are unable to find a replacement within two months, we will refund half of the fees paid.
