Search procedure
DutchExpats has developed an efficient and transparant way of finding the right professionals.
- Once a vacancy has been received, we e-mail it, without including the name of the client, to our relevant network of professionals. We also post the vacancy on our websites. These channels normally generate the first applications within several hours. And, within five working days, we will know whether our network includes the candidates you are looking for. If not, we will also let you know immediately.
- We select two to three potential candidates based on their suitability and a number of specific agreed criteria. The candidates are then screened in a phone interview. We draft profile proposals of the two likeliest candidates, which are then emailed to you for approval. When we put forward candidates, we give our reasons for the selection, personal impressions of the candidate and the person’s CV, including an hourly rate or salary indication.
- Next, you decide whether the candidates should go through to the initial interview at our office. We will draft a report of the interview and, once we are satisfied with the candidate’s skills and experience, recommend you to invite the candidates for an interview(s).
- Of course, you always decide whether the candidates we have found fit your specific criteria.
